Description

Tree height: 740 mm, branch width: 800 mm.

Netsuranari multi-trunk style with 9 trunks.

Trunk diameters range from 10 to 30 mm.

Base of the trunks ensemble: 240-280 mm.

Nebari: 300 mm.

High-quality unglazed Japanese pottery: 560*400*80 mm.

Yamadori grown from seed over 60/80 years, this pine exhibits excellent trunk conicity, well-formed barks, and numerous plateaus, presenting a splendid natural appearance.

The lived-in, aged character will evoke emotions in its owner. The obliquely inclined base of the trunk adds a unique character to this bonsai. This style of pine is relatively rare in collections and will delight a bonsaï lover.

Currently ligatured with copper, which should be taken off on March 2024.

No significant wire scars or cutting wounds.

Selected by Guy Maillot for the beauty and the short length of its slightly bluish needles, a rare trait in seedlings.

Completely reformed, cut, and ligatured by Master Hashimoto in Japan in September 2021.

Sold without the display stand. Photographed in November 2023.
