Description

Resulting from the hybridization of the species sieboldianum and a seedling of palmatum this hybrid brings a very strong resistance to cold. Originally from the famous Iseli nursery in the USA in Oregon. 

Orange foliage when the buds burst, turning dark green in summer, then orange-red, scarlet red in autumn. 

Large sheet cut into strips more than 8-10 cm wide. 

Apart from its spectacular foliage in autumn coloring, ice dragon is vigorous, it will find its place alone on a lawn or in beds. 

Its tabular port gives it an original character. Relatively fast-growing, the annual growth usually reaches 30 cm. Variety protected under license multiplication prohibited. ®
