juniperus chinensis itoigawa ref: 05110242 juniperus chinensis itoigawa ref: 05110242 N ref : 12142 Bonsai Juniperus Itoigawa (Juniper) Style: Moyogi (informal upright) Origin: Maître Ken Fujiwara Nursery, Nagoya Age: Collected from the wild Photograph: November 2024 Dimensions: Tree Height: 230 mm Branch Spread: 290 mm Pot Dimensions: 210 mm x 160 mm x 60 mm (unglazed, high quality, brick color, signed) Features and Plant Description: This Juniperus Itoigawa is a remarkable specimen, carefully selected from the renowned Maître Ken Fujiwara nursery in Nagoya, Japan. It displays a graceful, well-balanced form in the moyogi style (informal upright), with beautiful branching and elegant pads. The trunk features shari (bare sections of bark) and jin (deadwood branches), which enhance the character and authenticity of the tree, emphasizing its age and natural evolution. The tree shows no significant pruning scars or signs of heavy wiring, ensuring a high-quality specimen without alterations to its natural structure. The Itoigawa variety is particularly valued for its fine, green foliage and its vigorous growth. Unlike Juniperus chinensis, this variety sheds very little foliage in early summer, offering denser greenery and a more stable appearance throughout the seasons. The tree has been pruned and lightly wired by Maître Fujiwara to refine its shape and encourage further ramification, while respecting the natural balance of the tree. Care and Maintenance: This bonsai requires generous watering during the summer, especially in hot weather. Regular fertilization throughout the growing season is also recommended to maintain its vigor. It is well-suited for a collector or bonsai enthusiast seeking to develop and preserve a mature specimen. Due to its hardiness and suitability for bonsai cultivation, it is an ideal choice for both aesthetic appeal and ease of maintenance. Note: The display stand shown in the photograph is not included in the sale. Avez vous déja ce livre complet sur lejuniperus ? 1.860,00 order
pinus pentaphylla 030120251 pinus pentaphylla 030120251 N ref : 12170 Pine Bonsai ? Sokan Style (Two Trunks) Total height of the tree: 1100 mm Width: 1080 mm Trunk diameter: 60 mm and 70 mm Nebari (visible roots): 300 mm x 180 mm Pottery: Unglazed, signed, high-quality ceramic, dimensions: 550 mm x 450 mm x 130 mm Description and Features: This remarkable pine, grown from seed over 60 to 80 years ago, displays trunks with perfect conicity and mature bark, creating an exceptional natural appearance. The tree is a yamadori (collected from the wild), with well-developed plateaus and a structure in perfect harmony with its environment. The character of the tree is profound, marked by obvious signs of aging and an authentic look that will appeal to even the most discerning collectors. The two trunks, perfectly fused at their base in an oblique angle, give this bonsai a unique and expressive appearance. This Sokan style (two trunks) is relatively rare in collections, and this particular tree will surely delight any bonsai enthusiast. Its beauty is enhanced by its slightly bluish needles, a rare feature among seed-grown pines. This particular trait emphasizes the tree's originality, distinguished by the softness of its needles and the elegance of its silhouette. Jins and Deadwood: There are jins (dead branches) at various places on the tree, adding extra character. Depending on your preference, these jins can be peeled and bleached to accentuate their dramatic appearance, or left in their natural state, offering authentic deadwood that highlights the tree's natural look. Condition and Care: This bonsai shows no significant injury from pruning or signs of wiring. It has been carefully reformed, pruned, and wired by Master Katoh in Japan in September 2020, ensuring a perfect shape and healthy structure. This meticulous care reflects both aesthetic and technical attention, worthy of the finest masters. Photograph: The tree was photographed in January 2025, showcasing its current growth and form. 2.880,00 order
sequoiadendron giganteum vida magical mistery sequoiadendron giganteum vida magical mistery R ref : 11755 This variety is still rare on the market and is a lemon yellow improvement of the standard variety. It has a straight trunk and a very thick bark, cracked and clear brown colored. The main branches take a plunging slanting direction, giving its crown a very regular conical form. The leaves are like scales, spear-shaped, and their dimensions vary between 2 and 4 cm. The evergreen leaves present lemon yellow tones with glaucous reflections and red/brown colored cones. This resinous tree is quite resistant to cold in the tempered climate of France, Belgium, and Swiss. It likes light, the best is full sun exposure, or at least 6 hours a day of direct sunlight and a good atmospheric moist. It is sensitive to wind. It barely vegetates in the very hard soils. It is hard to multiply. Indeed, the "carrot" form of the Sequoiadendron roots system makes the transplantation of this tree quite difficult. The best is to plant it when it is very young. Its red/brown trunk stands out in any landscape. Adult height: about 300-350 cm. Adult width : 60-90 cm. Medium rate growth (30/40 cm per year). The giant sequoia grows in acid, clay, moist, sandy, and well-drained soils. This variety grows in a pyramidal form when it is young, and then takes a more columnar form over the years. Delivered in a 5-liter pot. Diameter : 22 cm. Approximate height of the plant on delivery: 80-100 cm. On a side note : the sequoiadendron giganteum lives in wildlife in California on the pccodental Sierra nevada valleys until 2000 meters of altitude. It reaches, in its country, 100 meter in height. In our countries, there only are about 60 meters hight subjects. One of the pictures shows you an adult subject at the nursery of the nurseryman who obtained this variety. 48,00 out of stock
